There will be a wonderful service, followed with a
potluck. Burgers, buns, coffee and water will be
provided. Bring yourself and any special beverage you
might want to drink.
Last year got breezy, so bring a sweater or a lap
blanket :)
School Supply Drive for Powell Butte Elementary School
It is the time of year that we start collecting school supplies for
Powell Butte Elementary School.
Supplies needed this year are: Fine Tip Dry Erase Markers,
Ticonderoga Pencils, Markers, Glue Sticks, Kleenex, Clorox Wipes,
and Post-it Notes.
*Monetary donations are also accepted, and we will do the shopping for you 😊
Westside Women's Retreat
Come away for a weekend of rest, connection, and renewal at our Westside Women’s Retreat at Dallas First Christian Church, September 18–19. Rooted in Ephesians 2:10, we’ll explore the theme “Something Beautiful”—the truth that we are God’s handiwork, created with purpose and care.
We’ll begin Friday evening with a cozy soup dinner and devotional, setting the tone for a meaningful time together. On Saturday, you’ll experience worship, guided prayer, engaging workshops, and plenty of space for fellowship. You’ll also have the chance to shop at One Fair World, a fair trade store offering unique and meaningful goods.
Whether you’re seeking rest, inspiration, or simply time with other women of faith, this retreat is a chance to rediscover the beauty God is creating in you and through you.
